The rules for using maxnutritionusa.com and buying from us: orders, payment, shipping, product information and your rights.
The short version
- You must be 18 or older to order, and we ship to U.S. addresses only.
- Supplements are not medical advice or treatment. Read the label and check with your doctor first.
- Payment runs through Square's secure checkout. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
- If something's wrong with an order, email us and we'll make it right.
- California law governs these terms.
Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and MaxNutritionUSA LLC, doing business as Max Nutrition USA ("we", "us"), and apply when you use maxnutritionusa.com or buy from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. We ship to addresses in the United States only.
Products and health information
We are a retailer of dietary supplements and accessories made by third-party brands, including Ambrosia Collective, High Performance Nutrition (HPN) and TRU Supplements. Product descriptions come from the manufacturers' labels and materials.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site, including our guides, is medical advice. Read the full label, follow the directions and check allergen information before use. Talk to your doctor before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication or have a medical condition. Individual results vary.
Prices, stock and orders
- Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change without notice. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
- The site reads our inventory live, but stock can still be wrong. If we can't fill an item, we'll tell you and refund it.
- Your order confirmation is not our acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud or a stock problem. If we cancel after you've paid, we refund you in full.
- If we find a mistake in a price or description, we may correct it, including after you've ordered; we'll contact you before shipping at a different price.
- Promo codes are applied in the cart, discount products only (not shipping), can't be exchanged for cash and may expire or be withdrawn.
Payment
Payment is taken on Square's secure hosted checkout page. Where offered, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay and Afterpay are subject to their providers' own terms. You agree that the payment information you provide is yours or that you're authorized to use it.
Shipping
Orders ship by USPS to U.S. addresses. The shipping options, prices and free-shipping threshold shown in the cart at checkout apply to your order. Delivery times are carrier estimates, not guarantees. If a package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, email us and we'll work with you and the carrier to make it right.
Returns and refunds
Questions about a return, refund, damaged item or wrong item go to maxnutritionusa@gmail.com with your order number. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
Using the site
Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, get around its security or stock limits, scrape it in bulk, place fraudulent orders or use it for anything unlawful. We may block access for anyone who does.
Content and trademarks
The site's design, text and graphics belong to us or our licensors. Product names, logos and label images belong to their respective brands. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy the site's content for commercial use without our written permission.
Third-party services and links
Checkout, payment, shipping and tracking are provided by third parties such as Square and USPS, and links may take you to other sites such as Instagram. We aren't responsible for those services or sites, and their own terms apply.
Disclaimers
To the extent the law allows, the site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". Products are covered by any warranties the manufacturer provides; beyond those and any warranties the law requires, we make no other warranties, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its effective date, applies to orders placed after it's posted.
